Chamlide AC
Water volume adjustable perfusion chamber





  • To eliminate the problem of swirling, and to acquire a laminar flow during perfusion, Chamlide AC™ uses the oval shape well in the chamber.
  • Use wide fluid inlet to prevent shear damage to the cells during perfusion.
  • The height of the outlet port (or suction port) can be adjustable to control the media volume of the chamber.
  • Control the temperature of the chamber using a heating plate.
  • Use with fluidic inline heater for controlling media temperature.

    Electric stimulation perfusion chamber



  • For applications requiring field stimulation, Chamlide EC is supplied with a pair of platinum electrodes. The electrodes are installed along the two parallel sides of the bath and the pin connector which supplies electric current from the stimulator can be removed for diverse uses.
  • Same construction of Chamlide AC except electrode part The height of the outlet port (or suction port) can be adjustable to control the media volume of the chamber.

    Closed perfusion chamber



  • A closed type but perfusion is possible.
  • Consist of a main body, a bottom plate and a silicon gasket.
  • A patent pending magnetic system for easy installation.
  • The volume of the chamber depends on the width of a silicon gasket and various width and shape of a silicon gasket are available.
  • Either 1-way peristaltic pump or syringe pump can be used to control the flow.
  • Temperature is controlled by a heating plate.
  • For perfusion, use fluidic inline heater.
