Adaptor in the incubator
  • Use a flow meter to control mixed gas (5% CO₂/95% Air) level (use less than 40 ml/min).
  • To prevent fog forming and to control the temperature, a built-in heater glass (patent pending) is used in the cover of incubators.
  • Usea lens warmer to maintain the temperature of a high N.A. lens.
  • Humidifying heater and bottle are available to maintain the humidity inside incubator.
  • Built-in heater glass (patent pending) uses small reflecting glass to get perfect transmission images.
  • Provide two types of magnetic chamlide chamber (for 18ø & 25ø cover slip) and a magnetic well-slide(12 well type).
  • Put the installed chamber in the center of incubator, close the lid and connect CO₂ inlet.
  • Can be used with disposable culture wares as well as with chamlide chambers.
  • When live-cell imaging requires the use of high numeric aperture lenses, it is necessary to control the temperature of the objective as well. This problem exists because the optical coupling medium (oil, glycerin or water) acts as a thermal coupling medium and draws heat away from the specimen. To eliminate the problem, Chamlide TC use lens warmer with an heating band to fit any kind of objectives in the market.

  • We provide two types of magnetic chamber.
  • Extremely small evaporation.
